Ordering Information 

Fill out the online order form with the information that you want in the book, and then do ONE of the following:

		Use a secure server to enter your payment
		Telephone us with your order at (416) 241-4162 (This is not the preferred method, because of the risk of errors)
		Print the order form and mail it with your cheque to:

You will receive an e-mail confirmation for all online orders, and will be contacted by phone or email within 24 hrs., if we need to clarify any information pertaining to your order.

Our Pricing

Most of the Create-A-Book line of books cost $18.95 CDN (Except for the Special Occasion books)

The price of the Special Occasion books range from $19.99 to $22.50.  

All other items in our catalog are individually priced (Just select the item and the price will be supplied with other details about the book. 

The multi-currency feature offered by our secure online merchant, will allow you to select your transaction in the currency of your choice. The pricing displayed will  automatically be converted.  

Shipping

All orders are processed promptly and we commit to a 72 hrs. turn-around time from the date your book is ordered. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email or phone call immediately.

Items are shipped by regular postal service.  If you require expedited or other delivery methods, please contact our customer service department at,  1-416-241-4162 and DO NOT pay online.

Orders will be shipped from Canada.
Shipping and handling cost is:

- For Canada: CAN$3.50/book    

- For US: CAN$5.75/book

Please note that online orders are placed through a secure server, owned and operated by CCNOW. Please click on the CCNOW link to learn more about this company. Credit card orders will show a purchase from CCNOW on your statement, and your order will be shipped by Paper Treasures/Personalized Books Ontario.
